In response to the COVID-19 (Coronavirus) outbreak, we are no longer offering walk-in clinics. Where possible, we will be postponing non urgent appointments (HPV and HEP B vaccination is not urgent)
We are asking all patients to:
- contact our Central Booking Team on 0300 123 1678, to book a phone triage appointment, so we can identify the most appropriate service for your needs
- if possible, order a home test kit for screening for Chlamydia and Gonorrhoea
- if required, order a home test kit for screening for other sexually transmitted infections (STIs)

If you are HIV positive and worried about your risk of being affected by Coronavirus (COVID-19), please contact your HIV Nursing Team for more support and advice. If your appointment is coming up soon we may contact you before to offer you a telephone or Skype consultation instead of coming into clinic. If you have symptoms, which suggest a respiratory tract infection (cough, fever, shortness of breath), or think you may have come into contact with COVID-19, please stay at home and do not attend our service. Further advice on what to do next is available via NHS 111 online.
